Develops the understanding of fundamental relationship between technical properties to consumer responses. Contributes to experimental design, conducts detailed analysis and summary of research and experimentation, in addition to independently execute all aspects of routine consumer research study placement and documentation.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor or Master degree in the field of: Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or Social Sciences

This role is part of the exciting New Business Unit, tasked with creating new brand propositions for P&G. Using a Lean Innovation framework, it will span early product development, product invention, iterating through multiple in-market experiments, and early product incubation in market. This role involves assisting team founders with consumer understanding, product assessment, test placement (including team testing, mid-size testing, preparation for external testing, and claims / product demonstration creation. Included in this work is building the foundational elements for each brand space in the areas of target consumer understanding, foundational product design, and understanding which products are relevant, noticeable, and superior to current solutions.

* Strong collaboration - A strong track record of building collaborative relationships to get work done through building trust, building strong networks, and establishing credibility and influence. This role will involve working with various partners, including across technical and commercial organizations.
* Leadership - Strong track record of successfully leading key elements of product research/product development projects. Demonstrated ability to engage technical experts and/or stakeholders to learn, solve, and execute solutions.
* Technical Mastery - Products Research/Product Development experience, including experience with digital systems needed for test clearance and placement. Skilled in qualitative and quantitative consumer research methods. Ability to identify consumer insights and translate them into clear product recommendations.
* Growth Mindset - Demonstrated ability to find the learning, even when plans did not go as expected and agility to pivot and continue moving the project forward.
* Operate with Discipline - Ability to make decisions to enable progress with the flexibility to account for new and always evolving learning. Track record of ability to work independently and across multiple priorities.
