Job Description

New Mid-size Medical Aesthetics office seeking a Patient Care Coordinator. Responsibilities include greeting all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and all customer billing services


* Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast pace environment.

* Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people, and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.

* Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills. MS word, excel and outlook a plus.

* Must be a team player.

* Must have weekend availability, as needed.


Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Desk personnel OR as a customer service representative preferably in a medical aesthetics office.

Duties and Responsabilities:

* Be on time for shifts and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.

* Properly open and close office each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.

* Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the office

* Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy. Accurately book, change and cancel appointments.
* Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, and services, while answering questions promptly, professionally courteously with complete confidentiality.
* Utilize office computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed.
* Actively promote treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs,
* promotions and/or discounts available.
* Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.

* Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings

* Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the office that require attention.
