The Horsham Clinic is a 206-bed, private behavioral healthcare facility located on a beautiful 55-acre suburban campus in Montgomery County. We are minutes from Philadelphia and serve patients and families from Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Horsham Clinic provides comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. In addition to our main campus in Ambler, we have two satellite partial hospitalization programs in Chester County and Delaware County. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the construction, repair and maintenance of building surfaces and furnishings, creating and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for patients, employees and visitors. The Maintenance Technician must be able to perform carpentry work such as dry wall, framing, fitting doors, repairing door locks, sanding, and painting, replacing molding, cove base, exterior repairs such as roof, windows and siding, minor electrical repairs, plumbing and other general maintenance. There will also be exposure to HVAC and electrical problems, fire safety equipment, generator checks, and pump checks. During the winter season the Maintenance Technician is responsible for shoveling snow from walks and driveways as well as spreading salt to prevent ice buildup. They must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders and stand for periods of time. The Maintenance Technician is also required to be flexible for as on call shift responsibilities are mandatory.

* High school Diploma required and trade school preferred
* 2 years experience in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, building, equipment and utility maintenance
* Valid driver's license
* Knowledge of maintenance, power and hand tools
* Must able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders and stand for periods of time
