Lowell School, a progressive independent school in NW Washington, DC, is currently seeking applicants for the position of Pre-Primary Teacher in the toddler classroom to begin immediately and run through June 2022, with the potential for extended employment. Applicants should possess knowledge of early childhood development and be aware of the social, emotional, and academic needs of young children. Ideal candidates will also be familiar with the Reggio Emilia Approach and Emergent Curriculum. Experience in the Montessori methodology is welcome. Requirements include a bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.
