The Bechtel AT&T Mobility project provides project management, site development, procurement, and construction services to the AT&T customer to build new cell sites, upgrade existing sites with new technologies, add bandwidth to existing sites and decommission old technologies. The project has markets located in various regions throughout the U.S.Position Summary:We have a career opportunity available for an experienced Administration Assistant to support our team with providing efficient and effective administrative support. You will be a self-motivated team player who thrives working in a busy, high performing environment. You will possess sound knowledge of administration systems and processes ideally gained within the construction industry. We are seeking a person with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, professionalism, flexibility, accuracy and knowledge of protocol.Work Location: Irvine, CAMarket Office, Telework is not available for this position.Relocation assistance is NOT offered for this assignment.Responsibilities:Reception duties including managing the operation of reception and meeting and greeting all visitors to the office;Providing overall administrative support to the market team; (specifically Site Acquisition and Engineering);Data entry into the customer system;Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and identify process improvements;Well-developed written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;Ability to work autonomously with good time management;Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment;Extracts data from reference material, either semi-technical or non-technical in scope. Compiles, analyzes, and prepares or helps prepare information for studies or reports, such as organization planning, charts, graphs, and work load forecasts;Organizes material for meetings, presentations, and training sessions. May operate a variety of audiovisual equipment in the presentation of programs, orientation, and conferences;Performs other duties as required.Qualifications and Skills Basic Qualifications:Must have a Bachelors of Science in the related field. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant work experience.Must have the legal right to work and remain in the US without sponsorship.Must be able to manage an executive Calendar using Outlook. Skills assessments may be administered to test proficiency levels.Must be able to demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Skills assessments may be administered to evaluate proficiency.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proper use of syntax.
