Job Description

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
  • Well versed with various chromatographic techniques with a focus on HPLC instrumentation.
  • Carry out laboratory work with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Conducting routine analytical testing using validated analytical methods and procedures, to support manufacturing and stability studies (GLP/GMP).
  • Assist with the generation and submission of CofA's and associated data reports.
  • Review data from physical testing, LC process methodology/reports.
  • Identify and support testing for investigations of OOS, OOT, and aberrant results.
  • Review and maintain laboratory notebooks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot routine laboratory instrument related occurrences.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• B.S in chemistry, pharmaceutics, or related scientific discipline with 2-4 years' experience, required.
  • M.S in chemistry, pharmaceutics, or related scientific discipline with 1-2 years of experience, required.
  • Experience in HPLC, testing, and troubleshooting in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment, required.
  • Proficiency in Empower and MS Excel, required.
  • 1-5 years experience in a GMP laboratory setting in the pharmaceutical industry, preferred.
  • Technical report writing proficiency, preferred.
  • Experience with other general laboratory instruments, preferred.
  • Speaks, writes, listens, and presents information in a logical and articulate manner appropriate for the audience.
  • Thorough when performing work, conscientious about attending to detail, and uses logical thinking that is well-organized and methodical with a right first-time mentality.
