We have an exciting opportunity to join out Corporate Finance team! In this role, you will be directly responsible for aspects directly related to Global Asset Management functions, including related Process, Policies, Procedures, Systems, Compliance, Controls and Reporting. You will have functional accounting responsibilities including Fixed Assets, Prepaids, Software/Licensing, Other Intangibles, and Facilities/Leases. Ideally, you will be a collaborative, proactive, ambitious and analytical individual with good general accounting knowledge.

Job Description


* Monthly/quarterly book close
* Monthly Reporting / Balance Sheet Reviews
* Capital Planning and forecasting process
* Work and provide guidance to remote India staff
* Balance Sheet Reconciliation review
* Fixed Asset, Prepaid, Intangibles Accounting
* Compliance Reporting - SOX
* Facilities / Lease Accounting
* ensure compliance with GAAP and Internal BR Accounting Policies
* Ad hoc Analysis
* Build relationships with key internal customers
* Pro-actively identify issues and offer solutions
* Work with Internal and External Auditors
* Special Projects

To be strongly considered, you must be action oriented with a collaborative approach for overall success

Qualifications include:

* 2-3 general accounting
* Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance. Accounting preferred
* Oracle and TM-1 experience a plus
* Project management experience a plus
* Self-Starter
* Ability to multi-task and meet designated deadlines
